Privacy policy

This policy explains what we collect when you use ssprogram.business, why we collect it, who helps us handle it, and what you can ask us to do with it. If anything here is unclear, write to hello@ssprogram.business and a person will answer.

Who we are

Strategic Stewardship is a one-year private program run by Abi Levine and operated by Transformation Central LLC. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Transformation Central LLC. This policy covers ssprogram.business and the pages that belong to it: the program page, the blog, the research page, the FAQ, the free guide, the One More Year worksheet, the diagnostic, the Fit Check and the booking page.

What you give us

Your name and email. You give us these when you ask for the guide, ask for a copy of the worksheet, take the diagnostic or the Fit Check, or join an email sequence. We use them to send you what you asked for and the emails that follow it.

Your diagnostic answers. The diagnostic asks you questions about your income, your work and your goals. To write your read-out, your answers are sent to an AI service, Claude, made by Anthropic. We keep your answers and your read-out with your name and email so we can email you a copy, and so a member of our team can read it to check the diagnostic is accurate and useful. If you book a call, we ask you first whether the team may read your diagnostic before the call, and we follow your answer.

Your Fit Check answers. Your answers, including the tax range you choose, go to our enrollment advisor so a call can start where you are.

Your worksheet answers. The answers you type into the One More Year worksheet stay in your own browser. They are never sent to us. We only receive your name and email if you ask for a copy by email.

Your application and booking details. If you apply or book a call, we receive the details you enter. Calls are booked through Calendly.

Payments. If you join the program, payment is handled by Kajabi and its payment processor, Stripe. We never see your full card number.

What is collected automatically

The Meta Pixel. Our lead magnet pages (the guide, the worksheet, the diagnostic and the Fit Check) use the Meta Pixel, a piece of code from Meta, the company behind Facebook and Instagram. It tells Meta that your browser visited the page and whether you signed up or finished an assessment. We use this to see which ads work and to show our ads to people likely to find them useful. Meta may use cookies and may connect this to your Facebook or Instagram account, under Meta's own privacy policy.

Google Analytics. Every page on the site uses Google Analytics, a service from Google, to count visits and see how people move through the site, such as which pages are read and where visitors arrive from. It uses cookies and records details like your approximate location, device and browser. We use these reports to improve the site, not to identify you. You can stop Google Analytics from recording your visits with Google's opt-out browser add-on, and Google explains its own use of this data in its privacy policy.

Server logs. Like every website, our host records basic technical details of each visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested, to keep the site running and secure.

Your browser's storage. The diagnostic, the Fit Check and the worksheet save your progress in your own browser, so a reload does not lose your answers. This stays on your device.

Who helps us handle your information

We use these companies to run the site and the program. Each one receives only what it needs for its part.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not pass your details to any partner, including Lucrum, unless you ask us to introduce you.

Emails

If you give us your email, you will receive emails from Strategic Stewardship: what you asked for, and occasional notes about the program. Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and you can unsubscribe at any time. You can also write to us and we will take you off the list by hand.

Your choices about ads

You can limit how Meta uses your activity for ads in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings. You can also block or clear cookies in your browser, or use the industry opt-out at optout.aboutads.info. Our site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.

If you live in California or another place with similar laws, our use of the Meta Pixel for advertising may count as "sharing" personal information. You can ask us to stop by writing to hello@ssprogram.business.

How long we keep it

We keep your name, email and answers while you are on our email list or working with us, and for as long as we reasonably need them after that for our records. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

What you can ask us to do

You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it for marketing. Write to hello@ssprogram.business. We will answer within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for asking.

Children

This site and the program are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Security

We use reputable providers and limit who on our team can see your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise that information sent over the internet will never be intercepted.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
