Terms of use

These terms set out the rules for using ssprogram.business, the Strategic Stewardship website. By using the website, you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.

Who we are

Strategic Stewardship is a one-year private program run by Abi Levine and operated by Transformation Central LLC, based in Los Angeles, CA. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Transformation Central LLC, and "you" and "your" mean the person or business using the website. "The website" means ssprogram.business and every page that belongs to it, including the program pages, the blog, the research page, the FAQ, the free guide, the worksheet, the diagnostic, the assessment, the tax estimate pages and The Scrubber.

We may change these terms from time to time by updating this page. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Your use of the website after a change means you accept the new terms.

Not tax, legal, accounting or financial advice

We are not licensed tax, legal, accounting or financial professionals, and we are not a tax advisory firm or a tax preparer. Everything on the website is general information, not advice for your situation. The tax estimate, the calculator and any figures on the website are rough estimates. Please check your own situation with a licensed professional before you act on anything you read here. Whether the software license may qualify for a Section 179 deduction is for your own tax advisor to decide.

Results vary. The results described on the website are not a promise of what you will get.

The tax estimate and The Scrubber

The tax estimate pages and The Scrubber are free tools, provided as they are. The tax estimate reads the figures you give it inside your own browser, and The Scrubber runs on your own computer. You are responsible for checking the figures you put in and the results you get back, and for keeping your own files safe.

License

Unless stated otherwise, Transformation Central LLC and its licensors own the intellectual property rights in all material on the website. All rights are reserved. You may view and print pages from the website for your own personal use, within the limits in these terms.

You must not:

Republish material from the website.
Sell, rent or sub-license material from the website.
Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from the website.
Redistribute content from the website, unless the content is specifically made for redistribution.

Frames

Without our prior written permission, you may not create frames around our web pages or use other techniques that change the visual presentation or appearance of the website.

Reservation of rights

We reserve the right, at any time and at our sole discretion, to ask you to remove all links or any particular link to the website. We also reserve the right to change these terms and our linking policy at any time. By continuing to link to the website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to the website and its use (including, without limitation, any warranties implied by law about satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and the use of reasonable care and skill). limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

The limitations and exclusions of liability in this section and elsewhere in this disclaimer: (a) are subject to the paragraph above; and (b) govern all liabilities arising under the disclaimer or in relation to its subject matter, including liabilities arising in contract, in tort (including negligence) and for breach of statutory duty.

To the extent that the website and the information and services on it are provided free of charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind.

Events outside our control

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performing, any of our obligations under any contract with you that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (a "Force Majeure Event"). These include, without limitation, fire, flood, explosion, storm, earthquake, war, terrorism, sabotage, revolution, riot or civil commotion, prohibitions or measures of any kind by any governmental, parliamentary or local authority, strikes, lockouts, failure of public or private telecommunications networks, power or fuel, or the default of suppliers or subcontractors. Our performance under our contract with you is suspended for as long as the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for that period. We will use reasonable efforts to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a way to perform our obligations despite it.

Program clients

If you join the program, your client agreement sets out the terms of the program, including the guarantee. Where your client agreement and these terms differ, your client agreement applies.
